Hijacking pirates exploit regional chaos to return to seas off Somalia

Somali pirates are back. They attack ships near Somalia, in a place called the Horn of Africa. This problem is now as big as it was ten years ago. This happens for several reasons.
One big reason is a war. The US and Israel are fighting Iran. This causes trouble for ships moving in the sea. Another reason is bad political **chaos** in Somalia. When a country has many problems, it is hard to keep things safe. Pirates use this chance to attack.
Since April, pirates attacked eight ships. Two ships were attacked in August. One was a ship that carries oil. It had ties to Iran. The other ship, named the Lutuf, carried military equipment for Turkey. Pirates are a danger to **cargo ships** again. It is a big problem for travel by sea.
